How our wholesale pricing works.

Short answer: we pool customer filings to qualify for wholesale rates from a national registered agent network, and we pass those rates straight to you.

The incumbents aren't filing it themselves.

ZenBusiness, LegalZoom, and nearly every other formation brand you've heard of contracts with a national registered agent network to do the actual filings. None of them maintain 50-state physical offices or SOS portal accounts themselves. It's a marketing surface over wholesale infrastructure.

Same wholesale cost, retail prices from $199 to $647 per formation. Most of what you're paying is brand budget and acquisition marketing, not the filing itself.

We pass the wholesale rate through.

We aggregate our customers' filings through a single wholesale partnership, which qualifies us for wholesale pricing. Then we charge what we're charged — plus a thin fee to cover Stripe, hosting, and keeping the lights on.

Our pricing only goes down.

Our wholesale partnership rates decrease as our aggregate volume grows. As we scale, our cost drops — and we're committed to passing those savings on.

The price you see today is a ceiling, not a floor. Your Registered Agent renewal will never go up, and it may go down as the business scales. Existing customers get the same rate reductions new customers do; this isn't a lock-in where you pay more than the person who signed up yesterday.
